Strategy
The best strategy for this Mech is to never use it. However if you find yourself in a circumstance where you have to use this keep moving and remain as far from enemies as possible. As the description says one good hit is all it takes. Removing all the support weapons to mount more armor might help a tiny bit with survivability.
